We’re committed to offering the highest quality jewelry and the finest customer service. We understand that sometimes there may be a reason you would like to return your jewelry purchase and we’re happy to offer you an exchange, or refund.
We give you 30 days from the date you received your item to return your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the customers’ responsibility.
Please place your jewelry in the original packing. Any free gifts received with your purchase, should also be included with your return. If you wish to keep the gift, you may do so, but you will be charged for the value of the gift against your refund.
Indicate on the invoice which item is to be returned or exchanged. If you would like to make an exchange, please give a brief description of which item you wish to exchange the jewelry for. If you are requesting a return, please let us know why you are returning the item. We appreciate your feedback!
If you do not have your packing list, please send a note with your name, address, email, phone number and order number.
Write either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.

Optional: When shipping via the USPS, we highly recommend that you ship with a delivery confirmation to ensure we receive your item.
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
If you are requesting a refund, it will be refunded using your original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If you have not received a refund within 15 days of Blue Steel receiving your item, feel free to contact us.
If your previous order qualified for free shipping and your returned purchase brings the total original order below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the original order.
