Size guideDo you take your dog everywhere? Does that include having to put them in the basket of the shopping cart? Well we have just the thing to keep them comfy and contained while you wheel up and down the aisles. Our Shopping Cart Liner for Dogs fits perfectly in store shopping carts that have folding baskets. There's a strap to attach it to the cart, a built in leash to attach to your dog, a comfy pad for them to sit on, and lots of fabric to overlap all around the cart including the handles. You and your fur-baby will cruise the aisles in comfort and safety.
We are out of the print fabric and it has not come back in stock yet so we are only offering these liners in solid colors until we can find a cute print to use. We hope that will be soon.
Also, we're working on a pattern to make liners for the carts with stationery baskets. So if that's common in your area, check back or follow us on social media and we'll announce it.

If any regular (not custom) website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us, with the receipt in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
Holiday Exchange Policy: Any holiday gift purchase between November 15 and December 24 from Spoiled Dog Designs my be exchanged through January 31. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Holiday apparel may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item until December 15. After December 15, all holiday apparel is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Holiday treats and toys are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases.
We encourage customers to check our size charts, watch the video on measuring your dog, and measure your dog carefully before determining the proper size to order.
We also offer custom sizing for dogs that do not fit within our regular size charts.
Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, for items that are not in perfect condition, for custom orders, or items that are returned COD. We do not reimburse the expense of shipping the item back to us.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and tracking.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Formal wear and Special Occasion can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each additional exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of $12.
If an error is made on our part, we will do all the necessary adjustments and/or replacements and reship the order to you, free of charge. You will only need to ship the item back to us.
If you have sent us the wrong measurements, we will do the adjustments at no charge, one time, but return shipping and handling is your responsibility.
A custom order having been placed cannot be cancelled. This is because once an order is placed, materials are ordered and paid for, and/or materials are cut and we begin work immediately.
If changes are requested to an order after it is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request but it will totally depend on the seamstress’s description of the status of the order.
We subscribe to the refunds and cancellation policies endorsed by the Association of Sewing and Design Professionals of America. The policy is “No Refunds or Returns: There are no refunds or exchanges on custom garments, fabrics or other materials once they are purchased on your behalf. Once garments leave our facility, all business is completed. Unlike ready-to-wear, custom garments result from a service and are therefore not returnable and not refundable.
