Clients are responsible for making sure the item can fit in the room of choice and can be delivered through all entry points by verifying building access and all doorway measurements.
Returns should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. Clients are responsible for all outbound and return shipping and delivery costs including but not limited to a 25% restocking fee based on the current full retail price. Returned items must be received within 20 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. If an item is received damaged, it must be reported to email@example.com within 72 hours of the delivery date with pictures attached. All exchanges and refunds are subject to seller approval.
In case of cancellation, in stock orders must be cancelled within 24 hours and custom orders must be cancelled within 72 hours.
