FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $1,500 will benefit from a free curbside delivery service which means that items will delivered on the sidewalk or the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. For white glove services, please contact your sale associate or design consultant to get a quote.
Clients are responsible for making sure the item can fit in the room of choice and can be delivered through all entry points by verifying building access and all doorway measurements.
Returns should be reported to shipping@oroa.com within 72 hours of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. Clients are responsible for all outbound and return shipping and delivery costs including but not limited to a 25% restocking fee based on the current full retail price. Returned items must be received within 20 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. If an item is received damaged, it must be reported to shipping@oroa.com within 72 hours of the delivery date with pictures attached. All exchanges and refunds are subject to seller approval.
In case of cancellation, in stock orders must be cancelled within 24 hours and custom orders must be cancelled within 72 hours.
After 72 hours, all sales are final even deposits for custom orders.
Due to the craftsmanship and raw materials used, some products may vary in finish, or color.
Once you place your order with us, we'll provide you with the necessary tracking information. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order.
Out of stock or special made-to-order items usually ship from our distribution center within 5 to 10 weeks.
