How do I Return and Item?
If for any reason you decide you would like to return your item, we are always happy to except your return. Please keep in mind that all returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the order. Before returning your item, you must request an RMA Number. RMA Numbers help us to monitor the return for proper handling. You can request an RMA Number by emailing us at CS@homegoodsgalore.com Please be sure to include your full name and address and the reason for your return. Once we have received your request we will Send you the RMA number with instructions.
All Items being returned must be New condition, not used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Restock fees may apply.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.

Before Shipping your Return:
Please send all items back in their original packaging, with tags, manual, accessories, etc.
Include a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip
This will insure faster processing of your return.
Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back.
