They can return within 10 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for unworn merchandise with the tags still attached.
We have a 10 days return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns/exchanges, however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Returned items must be accompanied by original receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by Gogo Lush will not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, Gogo Lush must be notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.
How to Return/Exchange:
Contact us and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and write your order number on the outside of your package. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 2 weeks for processing.
