Online purchases made through BelovedSparkles.com may be returned within 14 days from the receive date. Your return must have postmark date and tracking that specifies the return merchandise by mail our stores. Merchandise Returns will be eligible for store credit towards your next purchase within 14 days. Final sale and Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original return form or invoice and customs documents (if applicable).
Gift cards, e-gift certificates, final sale, custom merchandise may not be returned for credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped.

Faulty or Damage item(s) in transit. Make sure to contact us within 3 days of receipt, with description of the damage and provide 2 clear photos. We will gladly offer a replacement of your original merchandise. Exceed 3 days or refuse to provide photos, we will not take replacement responsibility.
Change design, change size or return items because of buyer's reason. Make sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt and reason for return. How to Return
Please contact us (on-line) for your Return RMA # within 14 days of your order receive. Let us know the items you wish to return and advise the return reason. Returns without the RMA# will not be accept.
Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form or Invoice in the original package. Please send the return items with tracking. We are not liable for items lost or missing packages in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
