If you are unhappy with your item or need a different size, you may send it back for a refund or an exchange. Package must be postmarked within 30 days after you receive your order.
Item must be in new, unused condition. Clothing must not have been worn, except to try on, and all tags must still be attached. Please include the packing slip with a note letting us know if it is a refund or exchange, and if it's an exchange, what you would like instead.
Shipping costs are not refunded on returns.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 1 - 2 business days of receiving the package.
Please note: If you live in an apartment or duplex, please be sure to include the apartment or suite number. The biggest cause of items being returned is due to a missing apartment number.
We are not responsible for missing or delayed orders where the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
