Simply contact us with a brief explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product and we will happily send you a Return Authorization Number and tell you where to send the product(s) to be returned. In order for us to refund or store credit (for on sales items) you for any returns or exchanges, it is important that we receive all returned products WITHIN 7 DAYS of the returns request in the same "BRAND NEW" condition as you received it, including all original packaging. If returning apparel, all original tags (if any) must be included and clothing must not be worn or washed. We will happily offer another product of your choice as an exchange or offer a credit or refund for the amount you paid. If the returned item was a gift, we regret that cannot give you a refund but we will happily offer a credit for the value of the returned product.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items may also be returned for a replacement or refund. Please, send us a few photos of the defective or damaged areas including the tags attached with the bar code number and the packaging as well. As we return all defective/damaged merchandise to the original supplier, it is very important that you do not discard any item and its packaging prior to contacting us. We regret that we cannot consider any replacements or refunds for products you cannot return to us upon request. We also regret that we cannot refund any shipping fees you incur when returning products to us unless it was due to an error on our part.
