If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the initial transaction (unless previously specified as "final sale.")
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (less cost of shipping.)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly exchange any purchase for one of equal or lesser value, provided that the desired item(s) are in stock.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for returned items we do not receive.
