- If an item arrives defective/damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, email photos of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the date your item was deemed 'delivered' by the carrier.
Items can be returned for store credit only within 30 days. Please email us first to process a return.
1.You can return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2.All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, may not be accepted.
3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise.
4.If you want to cancel the order after it's shipped, please sign the parcel and then return it to the address we provide(pls contact us first). We will arrange the refund once we get the returned parcel from you, but we will deduct part of the refund as compensation for our shipping fee.
5. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong or damaged items,please contact us immediately. we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
6.Please note that we are unable to accept underwear items for exchanges for hygiene reasons. If in the unlikely event that is a defect with product, please contact us and provide product pictures, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
